LaCie unveils HDD Thunderbolt

Apple MacBook Pro now offers a port with Thunderbolt. His flow 10GB/sn waits for more than devices for lightning exchanges. LaCie is in the running with his external hard drive which it outlines.



The Little Big Disk looks like a typical external hard drive but it has the ultimate weapon with its connectivity thunderbolt. A promise of ultra-fast file exchanges several gigabytes. Only the photos were released by LaCie without information about the characteristics of the disk.

Lacie said however that it will be available this summer on the LaCie and Apple Stores.

Recall that in addition to speed 10GB / s, the thunderbolt accepts two protocols simultaneously: PCI Express and DisplayPort.
